View S of the Stall Moor stone circle (cairn circle) at the S end of Upper Erme Stone row, the longest row on Dartmoor, Devon, England, UK. It runs N for over 2 miles, crossing two rivers before terminating at a cairn on Green Hill 1,500ft (457m) above sea level. The circle consists of 26 stones around the remains of a central mound. The tallest stone at the NNW stands over 5ft () above the ground. Two fallen stones immediately W of the row demostrate the familiar pairing of a squarish slab & a pillar.
