Fenced off from the first courtyard by the central Utse stupa, the second part is the living quarter of the monks. You can see many monks in red robes chanting at the lectern and doing daily routine around. There are two main halls inside this dochey, one of them is the Phodrang Palace where the first King of Bhutan got his coronation as Order of Knight Commander from British Commissioner John Claude Taken at @Punakha, Bhutan
