Nin's Bin, a seafood caravan/shack along the State Highway 1 to the north of Kaikoura on New Zealand's South Island. It's famous for crayfish. Its one of a number of seaside caravans in the area but is, perhap, the best known, featuring in many guidebooks to the area. It's run by a local family who have been selling crayfish and mussels here since 1972. The business survived the closure of SH1 after the earthquake that cut Kaikoura off from the rest of the world. For the uninitiated a New Zealand crayfish is the size of a lobster but as smaller and less powerful claws.
