LONDON,UK 29 September 2020. The first first Artemisia exhibition of the work of Artemisia Gentileschi (1593-1654) which was postponed in Apro due to coronavirus Covid-lockdown opens at the National Gallery. The inspiration is the acquisition, in 2018, of Gentileschi's Self Portrait as Saint Catherine of Alexandria (about 1615-17), the first painting by the artist to enter a UK public collection. The exhibition will run from 03 Oct 2020 to 24 January 2021 Credit: amer ghazzal/Alamy Live News
