Jeffrey Reynolds, naval aviator and commanding officer of Navy Recruiting District San Antonio, during a luncheon meeting held at the Seekatz Opera House during Navy Week San Antonio. Reynolds, a native of Raleigh, , delivered a briefing themed, “The Navy the Nation Needs” to more than 150 Rotarians and their guests. Sailors and civilians from the USS Constitution; Navy Band Southeast; USS San Antonio (LPD-17); Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group Two; Navy Ceremonial Guard; Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command; and Naval History and Heritage Command are in San Antonio and surrounding areas for a series of engagements designed to bring America's Navy closer to the people its protects.
