In Lit-tle Rock Bob procured a position in a hotel, and later secured aposition in the Pullman Car Company, where he procured goodw^ages, and, being saving, he invested his money in a honre ofhis own, married and settled down, becoming a worthy citizenof that city where he is universally respected both by the whiteand colored people.
