The Heimkehrerdenkmal (Heimkehrermahnmal) in English - Monument to Homecomers - at Friedland, Göttingen District, Germany. Dedicated to German prisoners of war, it is one of the only monuments dedicated to German soldiers in World War 2. Opened in 1967 it is near the Friedland Border Transit Camp.
