Non Exclusive: KYIV, UKRAINE - SEPTEMBER 10, 2021 - Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denys Monastyrskyi delivers a speech during the ceremony to deliver cars and modern equipment from the EU to the National Police of Ukraine in Sofiiska Square, Kyiv, capital of Ukraine.
