In a quiet leafy street in suburban Adelaide (South Australia), euthanasia advocate Dr Philip Nitschke has opened a euthanasia / suicide advice clinic. The clinic aims to provide advice and guidance to terminally ill patients who want to consider their end of life options. Dr Nitschke was the first doctor in the world to legally administer a lethal injection to a terminally ill patient (22nd September 1996, Northern Territory, Australia).
