James Hecker, Air University commander, accepts the Air Force institute of Technology Chain of Office from Todd Stewart relieving him from his post as director and chancellor during an acceptance of leadership ceremony, July 27, 2021, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Walter Jones replaced Stewart who retired from the position in March 2021.
