With the cooperation of the Belgian Repatriation Service, the Dutch Repatriation has been able to set up a retirement home for the Dutch from German concentration camps. located in the beautiful surroundings of Laeken near Brussels. On Thursday 14 June 1945 the retirement home was opened by the Dutch ambassador in Belgium. The Belgian Minister of Repatriation Mr Paul van Zeeland was also present.
