The AMISOM Formed Police Unit (FPU) and the Somali Police Force conduct joint patrols around Baidoa, Somalia, on December 12, 2012. The joint patrols are meant to put a tight lid on the security in Baidoa. Baidoa has witnessed incident-free upper and lower house elections, thanks to the collective efforts of AMISOM Police together with the Somali Police Forces.
