Mock Tudor modern detached house replete with coats of arms, gargoyle and burgler alarm

This mock-tudor house stands in a row of ordinary 1970's style detached houses in Rhuthin, north Wales, Vale of Clwyd, and stands out for its eccentric look and external decor, which includes coats of arms, gargoyles, tudor roses and shields. The affect of its tudor makeover on its own value and the valuation of nearby houses is unknown, but predictable. Directly outside the house is a bus stop and telegraph pole, which adds to the general absurdity and eccentricity.
