Tomotsugu Oi, (of the NGO 'Fukushima Network for Childrens Protection from Radiation') uses a geiger counter to check radiation levels in the playground of the 'Broad Bean Childrens House', which has soil contaminated by nuclear radiation fallout from the Fukushima Daiichi plant crisis, in Fukushima, Japan, on Tuesday 31st May 2011. The playground is separated in two by a small make shift fence, on one side- the side which has the slide, is contaminated soil, and on the opposite side the soil is cleaner.
