TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras (Sept. 20, 2018) Navy Sailors stand outside an Escuela de Comando y Estado Mayor (ECEM) facility during Southern Partnership Station 2018. ECEM is a military school that prepares Honduran officers for leadership positions. Southern Partnership Station is a Southern Command-sponsored and Naval Forces Southern 4th Fleet-conducted annual deployment focused on subject matter expert exchanges and building partner capacity in a variety of disciplines including medicine, construction, and dive operations in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
