SOUTH CHINA SEA (July 16, 2022) Retail Specialist 1st Class Paul Paiva, from Hilo, Hawaii, rinses the deck aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) during a fresh-water wash down. Higgins is assigned to Task Force 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the 7th fleet’s principal surface force.
