After the loops are formed, if they fail to cast off 200 KNITTING 185 the ends of the needles, adjust the machine to knit looser. If the out-side needle drops stitches, or long loops are made at the corners, usemore tension. If stitches drop, along in the center of the fabric, seeif the yarn has caught and broken, and if the yarn guide runs in theright position, i. e., the same distance from each row of needles.
