Doel, Belgium. Nuclear Power Plant near the nearly abandoned ghost town and village. The powerplant is owned by Electrabel. It contains four nuclear reactors, build in 1975, 1982 and 1985 and sits in the River Schelde, entrance to Port of Antwerp just three kilometers from the Dutch border. Doel, Belgie.
