Command Sgt. Maj. Michael J. Perry III, the senior enlisted advisor for the 1st Theater Sustainment Command provides opening remarks during a dinner kicking off a commanders conference on Feb. 21, 2022, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Maj. Gen. Michel M. Russell Sr., the commanding general of 1st TSC, hosted the conference to inspire unity and collaboration among the unit command teams responsible for carrying out 1st TSC’s mission throughout the Central Command area of responsibility.
