EVERETT, Wash. (Sept. 29, 2017 ) Boatswain's mate 2nd Class James Dainwood, assigned to Arleigh Burke guide-missile destroyer USS Momsen (DDG 92), bows his head during the invocation during a change of command ceremony aboard Momsen, home-ported at Naval Station Everett, Sept. 29. Cmdr. Elaine A. Brunelle, a native of Pawtucket, , relieved Cmdr. Jason D. Kipp, a native of Huron, Mich. as the new commanding officer of Momsen.
