Aviation Electronics Technician 3rd Class Maurice Brown, from Eugene, Ore., right, washes the surface of an F/A-18F Superhornet from the "Diamondbacks" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 102 on the flight deck of the Navy's forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73) in support of exercise Talisman Saber (TS) 2013. The TS exercise series is a biennial training event aimed at improving Australian Defense Force (ADF) and combat readiness and interoperability as a Combined Joint Task Force.
