Tanivet, Oaxaca, Mexico - Virtually all the men in this small village have left for the United States to find work. The women who remain have formed an artist coooperative, embroidering the story of their separation. They call themselves Las Hormigas Bordadoras de Tanivet (embroidering ants). A section of a large embroidery shows a woman praying: God watch over my son who is in the North.
