Ruby Lake National Wildlife Refuge. Ruby Valley National Wildlife Refuge is a land of wide, open spaces. When you visit, bring plenty of water and plan ahead. There is a Forest Service campground at South Ruby and information available at the Refuge Headquarters. There are few other services in the valley.
