During this End of Year Event, Japan Ground Self-Defense Force 15th Brigade invited military aboard Camp Naha for an in depth cultural experience. Mochi is a short-grain glutinous rice pounded into a paste. Kagami Mochi, the mirror rice cake, is a traditional Japanese New Year decoration, made at the end of every year.
