ERIE COUNTY, New York- Staff Sergeant Collier gets prepared to go down range as one of the hot zone triage monitors for the Collective Training Event (CTE). The CTE November 14th & 15th took place at Cheektowa Fire Academy. It exercised the New York National Guardsmen and other external agencies response to mass chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear homeland incidents.
