Since January In the Western grain movement there was a fallingoff in the deliveries of corn (though this falling off wasnot shared in by all the primary markets, St. Louis,for instance, having had increased receipts); but, onthe other hand, there was quite a large gain in the oatsmovement. Taking wheat, corn, oats, barley andrye together, the receipts for the four weeks ending April 28 the present year are found to have })een36,331,458 bushels, as against only 31,680,598 bushelsin the corresponding four weeks of last year.
