A pure white variety , 10 ALrYSSUM (Mad Wort) Pretty little plants for beds, vases, baskets, edging or rock- work; useful also for winter flow- ering. Very sweetly scented. Anchusa , Dropmofe Variety 1101 Little Qem, or Carpet of Snow. Of dwarf, compact habit, but 4 inches high. Seed sown during the summer comes into bloom in a few weeks, continuing a solid mass of white to late in autumn, and undoubt- edly the best white-flowering edging plant in the list. One of the best hardy perennials, and be- coming more popular each season, grows 3 to 5 feet high, and bears in abundance flowers of the richest gentian-blue during May and June.
