Corporal Smedley D. Butler, depot mascot, Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, makes an appearance at the grand opening of the MCRD Tax Center, Jan. 23. The center, operated by Internal Revenue Service-trained and certified Marines, is open and available for active duty service members, retirees and their dependents.
