While all are needed, the blue is particularly beautiful. The flowers are in loose panicles, on the ends of the shoots, and when well expanded make a nice display. VITEX Chaste Shrub. Vitex AgnuS-caStUS. (3 to 4 ft.) This is a valuable shrub because of its flowering in August tnd September when but few shrubs are in bloom.
