An old cabin in Elkmont, a ghost town near Gatlinburg, TN.
Elkmont was first settled in the 1840s as an area for vacation homes, then known as Little River Valley. Once Smokey Mountain National park was established, the homes were later abandoned and eventually there was no one to care for them, so they were left to deteriorate, eventually leading to become the Elkmont Ghost Town.
