Brandi Thorpe the commander of Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment 15th Military Police Brigade at Fort Leavenworth, Kan. Thorpe is speaking about her personal experiences as a domestic violence victim as part of the Domestic Violence Intervention Training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Charleston, , during Guardian Shield 2015. Guardian Shield is an annual training event for Army Reserve CID agents.
