The German WW2 super cannon at Hansholm Bunker Museum. Denmark. This 110 tons, 38 cm and 19 meter long cannon had a range of 55 kilometer, which means that it could shoot half way to Norway. With 4 of these super cannons the Hanstholm bunker stronghold was the largest in Northern Europe. The original Hansholm cannon does not exist anymore. This is an identical cannon, designed for Tirpitz fortress at Blaavand, also at the Danish west coast. the Hansholm fortress is today a museum where the underground complex is open for the public. More than 3000 soldiers lived in the bunker complex.
