Marine Corps Capt. Lukas Rebertus, the range commander of Chosin Rifle Range, hands retired Marine Corps 1st Sgt. George Willis a plaque commemorating the dedication of the range’s control tower in his name May 24, 2018, on Parris Island, The control tower is being named Willis tower to recognize Willis’ efforts during the historic battle in the Chosin Reservoir.
