CRYSTAL CITY, Va. (Jan. 11, 2018) Secretary of the Navy Richard V. Spencer, center, poses for a photograph with Warfare Tactics Instructors (WTI) assigned to the Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center at the 30th Annual Surface Navy Association (SNA) National Symposium. SMWDC is one of the Navy's five Warfighting Development Centers and its mission is to increase the lethality and tactical proficiency of the Surface Force across all domains.
