Saturday, June 22, 2013. Floodwaters recede after washing away parts of the bike path along Memorial Drive north of the Bow River in central Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Heavy rains caused the river to overflow its banks and led to declaration of a state of emergency, mandatory evacuation orders for the downtown core and many residential areas, power outages and property damage.
