Nova Pilbeam () British actress, c1930s-c1940s. Pilbeam was a famous child actress on stage and screen in the UK. Her biggest successes were her two films directed by Alfred Hitchcock: The Man Who Knew Too Much (1934) and Young and Innocent (1937). She married director Pen Tennyson in 1939 and retired in the 1940s.
