The Republic Day Parade starts early Sunday winter morning in a full packed parade ground attended by top Bihar Government Officials, addressed by Dr. Dnyandeo Yashwantrao Patil, Governor of Bihar and Shri Nitish Kumar, Chief Minister of Bihar.
