Stock photo of the emptying and cleaning of a lake in the Limousin region of France. Tubs and containers are filled with water in preparation to grade and select the fish. The plug is pulled on the lake and water allowed to drain out. The fish are then trapped in the sluice and sorted on the table. Good breeding fish are kept and placed back into the lake. Other fish are killed and gutted to be taken home to be eaten.
