The Mission at Santa Barbara, California

The Mission Santa Barbara is the 10th of 21 Missions built by Spanish Franciscan monks on El Camino Real (The Kings Road) in the 1800's. This is the third Mission building on the site, the others being destroyed in earlier times. The Mission features a fountain in front and there are self-guided tours through the Mission and into the earlier church beyond.
