In my own experience, in pronounced cases, the use of a 554 PLASTIC SURGERY double-faced pedunculated flap from the arm has proved the method ofchoice. The use of flaps from the forehead has not proved of the Lower Lip (Partial)^—Where the ectropion isslight and involved only a portion of the vermilion border, Blasiuss orWharton Jones operation is often sufficient. The cicatrix is loosened.
