Let's give Staff Sgt. Seth Kersey from the 338th Training Squadron a shout-out for being chosen as the Warrior of the Week during this week's staff meeting! Kersey has recently been involved with the shaping of the newest iteration of the FAB-T course. His attention to detail has led to an increase in field requested learning topics for the DoDs sole $4 billion FAB-T NC3 network maintenance course. He field tested, modified, and implemented new lab procedures that will be used to instruct up to 132 joint service students yearly. In addition, as a FAB-T subject matter expert his efforts aided in solving a STRATCOM mission outage by guiding four technicians through a system reconfiguration, restoring a critical nuclear detection platform in under three hours. His coordination with the project management office has led to an increase of field feedback that has been rolled directly into the course curriculum and disseminated back to unit work centers across 10 combatant commands and four joint services.
