Commander, Navy Region Hawaii, Rear Adm. Brian Fort welcomes Service members and their families, along with the local community to the 16th Annual Makahiki event that took place on Hickam Harbor Beach at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Nov. 18.
