The man an Southern Irish contractor from Romania was dismantling a fairground ride at Funlands, on Sea Front Road Hayling, this morning. Workers have describe how the man lost his foot and fell 20 feet the to ground whilst cut away a section of ride of a roller coaster. The Owner of Funland who did not wish to be name explained that the ride has been sold and that a private contractor had been brought in to remove the crazy train roller coaster to it new owners. The injured man who has over 15 years experience in installation and removal was the manger . The man was flown from the site by Air ambulance. He is being treated at the to Queen Alexandra Hospital, Cosham, where he is being treated for serious but not life-threatening injuries. ©UKNIP / Alamy Live News
