The new Masonic Temple, cor. Broad and Filbert Sts.,is a sohd granite structure in the Norman style, 250 ft. long, 150 ft. wide, and 90ft. high, with a tower at one corner 230 ft. high. The porch is especially fine, andthe whole Temple is richly ornamented. It contains several large halls finished invarious styles of architecture, Corinthian, Doric, Egyptian, Ionic, Oriental, Norman,and Gothic.
