The Warrior Games are a weeklong annual event pitting more than 260 wounded service members from across the Department of Defense and United Kingdom against each other in athletic competition. The competitions will cover seven sports: archery, cycling, shooting, sitting-volleyball, swimming, track and field, and wheelchair basketball. Warrior Games are representative of a great Warrior Care and Transition Program that heals and transitions Soldiers back into the Army or their communities with dignity and self-determination.
