SUEZ CANAL (Dec. 05, 2016) Fire Controlman 2nd Class Austin Hudson, assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Nitze (DDG 94), stands watch during during the ship's transit of the Suez Canal. Nitze, deployed as part of the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group, is supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 5th Fleet area of operations.
