observer coach/trainers (OCTs) with First Army Division West are recognized and thanked by Col. Jason E. Briggs, commander of the 224th Sustainment Brigade, California Army National Guard, at Camp Atterbury, Indiana, Oct. 10, 2018. The OCTs assigned to the 1st of the 357th Brigade Support Battalion and 189th Combined Arms Training Brigade provided excellent feedback to units participating in Warfighter 19-1 and helped them achieve mission success.
