The Army Reserve bid farewell to its seventh commanding general, Lt. Gen. Jeffrey W. Talley, during a relinquishment of command ceremony held outside Marshall Hall at Fort Bragg, on Jun. 1. Talley and his wife Linda leave USARC after successfully leading it since June of 2012.
