ALBANY, – New York Army National Guard Lt. Col. John Andonie, the Joint Force Headquarters Director of Plans, Operations, Training and Readiness welcomes home Capt. Matthew Scheuer here Jan. 8 at Albany International Airport. Scheuer arrived with some 200 other Soldiers across the state from the 427th Brigade Support Battalion’s Headquarters Company and Company B following demobilization at Camp Shelby, Miss. The Soldiers served in Kuwait or Afghanistan as part of the 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team’s overseas service in 2012. Army photo by Col. Richard Goldenberg (RELEASED).
