Greg Harris, commander, Carrier Strike Group 11 (CSG 11) center rear, arrive to a Royal Rosarians Honorary Knighting Ceremony in Peninsula Park Rose Garden as a part of Portland Rose Festival Fleet Week 2018. The festival and Portland Fleet Week are a celebration of the sea services with Sailors, Marines, and Coast Guard members from the and Canada making the city a port of call.
